I knew something was not working in my life, and I needed a change. I needed to find new methods, new inspiring ideas, and a new beginning. The easiest thing for me to do was to crash my old routines and leave.

Step One: Get isolated

Even though I am a creative person and get new ideas all the time, part of me was going around the same circle. So I needed a rapid change and quickly decided to leave Finland. You will learn about this place where I am later. i can reveal that it is a special place, and it will be the beginning of something new.

Get yourself too into the most peaceful place possible. I know everyone can’t just leave everything and go on a journey as I did. However, there are ways to make time for yourself. For example, have a day off from work, or have a remote day in a place with no people. The more time you can find alone, the better.

Staying the same seems the easiest option, but in the long run, it is not. It can make you feel stuck in your life, and you don’t want that. When you know something is not working in your heart, you need to change that.

For example, if too many days in a row feel unproductive, follow these three steps to attract better productivity.

Step Two: Get Bored

One optional method for killing Procrastination is not to force yourself to do it but refrain from doing anything. When you don’t have your laptop, phone, television, other distractions, or social interactions for a couple of hours, your mind starts to look for stimulus.

That’s what my mind did too. All the time, my mind was thinking about my phone, social media, drinking water, and getting pee. However, I remained still. Watching the mountains for a couple of minutes felt like an hour.

Everything here went in slow motion. It was different from home; days felt like someone stole time from me. In boredom begins the core of the process of fighting against Procrastination. When there is nothing to do, your mind starts to look outside at what it sees and senses.

Give yourself time to sense what you see and how it feels before focusing your mind on what is inside. Let your mind wander around with daily worries and thoughts before concentrating on what you want to achieve.

Give yourself time to feel different shades of emotions, not forcing yourself to do anything. After that, begin the actual work.

Step Three: Let Your Mind Do the Magic

Your mind is the most sophisticated computer, and it can give you whatever you want in this world. However, only when you became the captain of directing it in the right direction.

When you have shut down outside influence, and your brains don’t get dopamines of short-term options, you can get there where you want to.
Being in the moment, sensing it in every cell of your soul, brings you there and now. So you’re nowhere and everywhere at the same time.

It’s inevitable that your mind starts to do the magic at this point. You begin having new thoughts, new ideas, and motivation to do something.
In the end, progress is what makes us happy and satisfied. That’s what we should be striving for. Focus your brain on achieving your goal, and your mind does wonders.

Although you couldn’t run on a remote island as I have, there are endless possibilities for you to change your productivity. So I’m here to ravish you up and make a change. Start today.
