Great article. This is true for any instant dopamine rush our brains constantly seek, such as social media, eating, and Netflix. You know, when too much is too much.

When you don't have control over what you do, it creates anxiety. Sometimes we can temporarily lose control, but learning to find a way back to discipline is the key.
