How to Keep Yourself Fit? (It’s Not What You Think)
I’m one of those people who love food. Food is my passion and obsession, both in good and bad ways. I’m always thinking about food, and I love to cook and eat. However, I aim to keep myself lean and fit all year round. So, I have done some experiments on how my body works and I’ve learned about the secrets of metabolism. Because I want to show that keeping yourself fit can be a straightforward thing, I’m sharing my thoughts with you.
Move Before or After Every Meal
Including movement in my list itself is not a surprise. However, you can stay fit and gain muscles with unbelievably modest but mindful training. For example, when you begin your day before breakfast with any movement; stretching, yoga, walking, or run. It helps to awaken your body, and you burn calories the entire day.
During the night, your body’s vital functions have decreased. Think about a thoroughly wet sponge and then dip it in the water; it overloads. However, squeezing it and then dropping it on the water sucks that water inside.
In the same way, if you have been inactive and eat, it’s like overloading yourself with calories. However, tricking your body into consuming calories before or after every meal makes a huge difference and helps you keep fit. I have developed a term for this; ‘Don’t lie on your meals.’…
