You’re on the edge of something new. You know that there is this fascinating, unknown landscape waiting for you. You’re taking steps closer, feeling your heart beating out of your body and breathing faster. Adrenaline is flowing in your veins like a burning fire. You’re interested to know what is down there, but it feels intimidating to take that leap of faith. Then it happens; you choose to let it go and experience the highs of this incredible freefall.

Fear Kills Great Dreams

Nothing has ever killed more dreams than being too afraid to take the next step toward accomplishing what you want or getting back up after experiencing a failure.

Without people dreaming of traveling to space, a man would have never landed on the moon. Everything seems extraordinary and impossible until someone has enough passion and determination to accomplish that dream.

There might be something inside you at this very moment haunting you day and night. Waking or asleep, it appears in your consciousness as a thought, and emotion makes it feel real.

Because we cannot escape our minds, we need to face them and make an effort to destroy those ghosts. No matter how fast or how far you run, your biggest fears will always follow you if you don’t learn to deal with them appropriately.

Everyone Feels Fear

There have been many new and big things going on in my life lately. Particular professional and personal life matters have required significant change and rapid decision-making.

Earlier, I wanted to escape from difficult things. I needed lots of time for preparation and thinking about different possibilities. Opportunities were often lost because I didn’t find the courage to take the next step and make things happen.

After taking a completely different attitude, my skills to take rapid actions and stick with my decisions have improved. Whenever these frightening new opportunities appear, I don’t give myself a possibility for hesitation.

No matter how fearful I felt at first, I force myself to shift this thinking into courage and jump on the cold water. It feels wild at first, but eventually, what you get out of conquering your demons is worth it.

When you acknowledge that everyone feels fear for uncertainty, judgment, and other meaningful areas in their life, you don’t feel that weak anymore. The ones that don’t allow these emotions to restrict their lives are the ones that win in the end.

Take Tiny Steps to Kill That Fear

If you want to get big things happening in your life, you need to start with minor things first. Gradually, you get used to getting out of your comfort zone and taking risks. Training yourself mentally to endure challenging situations helps you become anything you want.

If you’re only seeing your goal as ladders leading to an enormous skyscraper, it will scare you off from trying. However, when you have the right motivation to climb and think about those ladders one step at a time, accomplishing your vision becomes possible.

In the end, people are very much the same. Everyone fails sometimes, and sometimes they succeed. The difference between a winner and a loser is that a winner never quits. Don’t allow fear to prevent you from living the life that you want. Take action, today.

With love,
