No Discipline -No Success
If you want to build something remarkable, you need to first become the person who is capable of creating extraordinary things.
Sometimes is Too Often
Almost every time I plan to have my cheat day, I visit my parents. They know about my disciplined life, and every time my mom tells me, ‘It’s ok to sometimes treat yourself.’ To my mother, it seems I’m giving myself loose, but for me, it’s about discipline and a well-planned day.
You can look at all the people around you, who live undisciplined lives, and it tells you how far you can go with similar habits. In the end, that one piece of a pie, one missed a training session, or late at night with tv ads over time and leads to making more poor choices.
If you want to be there, where you see some of the people you’re admiring or envying secretly, you need to organize your life around discipline. Everything must happen for a reason, and you must have complete control over all areas of your life.
Habits Need Repetition
Every belief and habit you have had a long time to grow and stick into your life. For that reason, change doesn’t happen overnight. It begins with desire and making the decision. When you genuinely want something, you will stick to it and get back on track even after being lost.
