Resistance to Change Keeps You Small

Holding on to the past and unwillingness to change are the worst things you can do to yourself. Instead, you should forget the rearview mirror, embrace the present, and head to the future. What is done is done. What has happened, happened.

All that happens in your life has one goal: to help you become the next version of yourself.

When I was at a turning point in my life, I had no other option but to look at myself in the mirror, become conscious of all my flaws, and one area at a time to start improving myself and get rid of the specific hideous features.

Embrace change, and see it as your friend. Strive always to learn and try new things no matter how fearful they initially feel. The reward will be waiting for you because the more you change, the more you become obsessed with this game of life, and the happier you start to feel.
