Thank you for reminding me about a topic that sometimes gets buried under all that hustle. As a small business owner, I need to constantly plan what work I should do and what I should outsource.
Despite this, it is good to outsource everything that needs expertise outside your field, and you can transfer to someone else, releasing your own valuable time.
However, I also believe it's good to learn about your core business functions/tasks when building a new company. Doing that gives you a better picture of everything when you outsource things (such as editing and using specific apps and essential programs).
