Thank you for your article and the important message you're sharing, Robert. Sleep is the beginning of everything, yet so many undervalue it. I used to be a lousy sleeper, and during my study years in law school, the stress was overwhelming, and I needed to use sleeping pills.

Six years ago, I decided to fix my sleep when I started my heavy personal development journey. You need to make sleeping a good thing and embrace the feeling of having a good night's rest.

Relaxing and removing daily thoughts from your mind before bed is essential. If something awakens you in the middle of the night, take a calm breath and concentrate on feeling peaceful so that you will solve your things tomorrow at a wake-up time.

Today, I never compromise my sleep. It comes first in my schedule and life. It's only downhill if you don't fix your sleep. I hope everyone here takes it seriously.
