The Art of Mastering Violent Tones of Your Thinking

I did it again. Why don’t I ever learn? Why can’t I succeed even in this one thing? How will I survive this? They will never forgive me. I can’t ever make this right. How could I be so stupid? They will blame me. What do they think about me? This is too painful. I can’t take this. Why am I the only one suffering? The list of self-blame is endless. Your own thoughts want to hunt you down and finish every part of your aching soul. If you allow this kind of thinking to control your life, the demon inside you will make sure to beat you down for good. There is another voice inside you that you can choose to listen to and train to become a warrior who directs your life into strength.

Win the Battle Between Voices of Good and Evil

Two voices are living inside our minds. The one is from God, the other from Devil. These tones are mini versions of you, one looking like an angel, the other one with horns. There is a purpose for your existence, but this evil inside you wants to prevent spreading good in this world.

The battle begins in the morning. Some days, the voice of good thoughts is more robust than weaker ones, and some days vice versa. Before you learn how to control these voices, you cannot control the success of your day.

Every day you need to decide that this is a strong day, that you’re going to succeed, and no matter what comes across you, you will figure that out. Unless you do this with determination and teach yourself to listen to that voice of good inside you, you end up being taken by the stormy winds of the world.

Teach Yourself to Make a Strong Day

Worry, anxiety, uncertainty, and fear. All kinds of thoughts and emotions are bombing at you from all directions. Sometimes these voices are so strong that they want to cage you in bed for the entire day. This is why you need to teach yourself how to win the war against them from the second you open your eyes to a new day.

Mind is complex, and sometimes we feel blue, even though we do not identify a reason. We sense our environment, other people, and our lives differently, and everything impacts our being. However, we don’t always understand everything. Positivity, gratitude, and happiness can be taught through educating and predisposing yourself to more decisive thinking.

It requires determination to keep your mind positive despite any setbacks that you face. It’s too easy to get trapped with self-pity and blame the entire world instead of taking responsibility for everything and changing your way of thinking.

Silence is The Key to Hearing Your Own Voice

Society steps in when you open your laptop, phone, or step out of the door. This world is noisy and full of different demands, opinions, and expectations. If you haven’t done your work inside your own fortress, you are not ready to confront the army of the world.

Starting your day in peace with your own thoughts through silence makes your brains organize themselves and prepare for daily challenges. When you first mentally prepare yourself to endure unwanted events, you can solve issues successfully without allowing emotions to guide you randomly.

As an introvert, I need lots of my own time. Whenever I’m not ready to confront people, I allow the world to use all my energy. Focusing on having meaningful relationships and meaningful confluence can be inspiring and make a difference. I have needed to cut down on many events and people who don’t strengthen my happiness.

Having a Purpose

Without a goal, purpose, and agenda for the day, you might end up on a long ride without a destination. You need to know where to go for your mind to co-operate and help you find the right path. Whenever a person doesn’t feel progress for too long, they cannot feel success or happiness.

Everyone has a unique purpose that brings satisfaction and joy into their lives. Whenever you haven’t found ‘your why’ coping with your daily routines can feel exhaustive.

There are always easier and heavier days, but when you find your life meaningful, you manage to bypass your bad emotions quicker. Learn to guide your thinking, and become the captain of your own journey.
