These are such good practices and easy tips for everyone. After doing this for a while, your energy levels are so high that you don't want to sit down and be lazy all day.

I usually have a healthy and strict diet that I follow. However, now I have been in Greece for 1,5 months. The food and pastries here are so tempting. However, adding movement to my day has kept my weight under control.

I test my body's metabolism, but it's time for me to go back to a healthy diet.
