This is definitely true. I didn't have weight issues, but I read about fasting and wanted to try what 3 meals a day would feel like. Combined with light morning movement, this kind of diet sucks all fat from your body. If you want to get lean, eat healthily (cheat day once in 1,5 weeks ok) and obey this method.
