You feel important and busy and need to hustle all day long. You’re a new entrepreneur, and it’s all about the hustle. Right? Days go by, and your routines have gotten out of hand. You keep busy completing different tasks, and no matter how many hours you use, you’re always behind schedule. Your brains are too tired to take a moment in peace and think over a new strategy. Too many skipped training sessions and minutes stolen from sleeping time, and your well-cooked soap starts to boil over.

Routines Keep My Week Simple

Without routines, my days were chaos. I did things here and there and allowed procrastination and multitasking to ruin my days. When you know what happens and when you can find better focus on finishing one thing at a time and prevent yourself from jumping in between different tasks.

I start my day with movement, gratitude, and spirituality, which gives my day a powerful beginning. I know I will nail the day if I concentrate on attracting positive emotions first.

When it comes to working, I don’t try to do everything every day. I have divided my days into work on social media, writing, and more active training days. When I don’t try to fit everything on the same day, it prevents it from becoming a disaster.

Whenever I get bored with my routines, I change them. However, if I still occasionally feel that there is too much on the plate or have difficulty finishing my tasks, I concentrate on mindfulness and personal development.

Planning Makes My Week Efficient

We have all been there, doing one task, when we feel an urgent need to have a glass of water. On our way to the kitchen, we notice a pile of clothes we need to put in the closet. Then, we hear a notification on our phone and run to see who it is. After that, we return to the computer remembering that we are still thirsty.

Without daily discipline, it is easy to get distracted. Whenever I have a too big bite to swallow, I can see this overwhelming wave approaching me and flushing over my consciousness. That’s when I know that I need to do radical prioritization.

Every six days includes one primary task that takes me closer to my dreams than anything else. Accomplishing it early in the morning gives me more boost to finish other things.

When you are not aware of what you do, you often fill your days with nonsense. When there is too much to do for things you don’t find meaningful, it rapidly affects your performance. All this is very simple, yet you must constantly remind yourself about it.

Each week is a fresh beginning. Every Sunday evening, I use one hour to analyze what went well last week and decide about next week’s primary goals. Then, when Monday comes, I know what to do and how to use my time.

Sunday Feels like a Reward for My Hustle

Although physical and mental health is part of my daily routines, when I dedicated my whole Sunday to rest and enjoyment, I felt the difference it made in my life. It feels like a blessing that I begin to wait at the end of each week.

Now that I strictly separate my business life from my free time, I have allowed myself to relax in a more advanced way. So when Saturday evening arrives, I’m eager to wait for my day off and set my mindset to the right tone. Looking at my sweatpants and remote control taking me to Netflix heaven the next day, I sleep with an extra wide smile.

What you think, you become. I’ve programmed myself to accept that one day of rest in a week is enough to load my batteries and give me strength for the next week. So when Sunday evening comes, I’m already feeling reset and energized for the time well spent for myself and a new week of hustle to begin.

With Love,
