Why Would Anyone Want to Be Weak?
There is a saying in Finland after you fail at something, ‘Towards new disappointments.’ It’s one of the most dangerous sentences in the world, guiding your action toward a failure. Why would anyone do something like that? Wouldn’t we all want to be a person of strength?
Strength is a Choice
Like anything, living a life of strength comes through choice. After a failure, you can dig a giant hole for yourself. After falling into unhealthy treats, you can continue your bad habits. After skipping training, you can take one more day off.
Strength is all about mindset. When you train your mind for focused and disciplined thinking, you realize what damage weak choices can cause to your overall well-being. You don’t want to do that to yourself anymore.
All of us make mistakes. We make choices that lead to unwanted end results. However, how you handle the consequences of your actions and learn from your mistakes empoweringly makes a difference.
Owe the Responsibility
No one wants to hear your excuses. Watching the mirror image is the reason for everything in your life. There is no one else to blame for anything. Your attitude, reactions, actions, and non-action has led you exactly where you have taken your life.
No matter what happens in…
