I was raised in a low/ middle-income family, where there was never enough money. Money seemed to be like a curse on our entire family. I left home when I was 17, and watching my struggling entrepreneur father, I always knew deep inside that there was another way to do this life.
When I left home, I worked in different low-income places, but I always found ways to earn my tuition fees for law school, buy my first car, and eventually my first apartment. All this without my parent’s help.
However, I didn’t know it then, but my mentality was still poor. Because I was afraid to lose money and saved it for a rainy day. The stormy day eventually came.
